The Pan-African Filmmaking Bootcamp Experience
This bootcamp gives participants practical training, mentorship, and real production experience across two countries.
Training begins at SOPA in Benin Republic, where participants spend four weeks building core filmmaking skills and working on creative projects.
The cohort then moves to Lagos, Nigeria, for a one-week industry immersion. Here, participants gain direct exposure to one of Africa’s busiest film and media hubs.
The programme ends at KAP Village, the creative campus of KAP Film & Television Academy. This final phase focuses on production work, collaboration, and project completion under professional guidance.
Participants will train in storytelling, directing, cinematography, producing, editing, and post-production.
