October was an exciting month at KAP Film and Television Academy, as we successfully concluded our Advanced Video Editing & Sound Design Program, in partnership with the GIZ Centres for Migration and Development (ZME).

This program was an absolute game-changer for the participants, offering them top-tier, hands-on training in video editing and sound design.

Crafted to mirror real-world industry experiences, the training provided everything a budding filmmaker could ask for.

From in-depth lessons on the technicalities of sound design to mastering the art of seamless video editing, participants are left with the knowledge they can apply immediately.

We’ve been getting rave reviews from our participants, but one testimonial stood out. Adebisi Peters, who took part in the program, shared:

“THE QUALITY TRAINING AND COMPREHENSIVE SYLLABUS WE RECEIVED WERE PRICELESS. I HAD NEVER THOUGHT WE’D GAIN SO MUCH FROM THIS TRAINING. IT’S BEEN AN ENTIRE EXPERIENCE THAT HAS SHIFTED MY MINDSET AND REALIGNED MY GOALS TO WHAT’S NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS IN THIS INDUSTRY.”

This partnership with GIZ-ZME is only the beginning—stay tuned for more exciting collaborations coming your way soon.
